Camp is about people, it is about relationships, and we rely on an amazing staff team every summer. There are positions in many areas with time being given any where between 4 months to 6 weeks.  The positions and salaries below are base level and can change based on experience, availability and position.

POSITIONS:

Core Staff (Wages starting at $250/week, depending on experience)

Program Director (1 position, 16 weeks): envision and implement the program for the summer, coordinating the program assistants.

Head Cabin Leader (2 positions - 1 female and 1 male, minimum 10 weeks) - Mentoring the cabin leaders as well as hanging out with some amazing campers.

PRISM Leader (1 position, minimum 8 weeks): work with our Encountering God Framework to teach a committed group of teens about themselves, team work, and an amazing God that is up to something all around them. This program runs for the month of July but there is opportunity to work longer.

Support Staff Leader (1 position, minimum 10 weeks): work with our amazing high school leadership development participants to work together at camp, while having fun and teaching them about Christ like leadership and servanthood.

Maintenance (1 position, minimum 8 weeks): Keep the grass green and the buildings clean - this person will be loved by all because they keep things working and beautiful

Main Staff (Wages starting at $200/week, depending on experience)

Cabin Leader (4 positions - 2 female and 2 male): the core of our camp program, building relationships with the campers and spending a week with an amazing group of girls or boys.

Program Assistant (6 positions): this position is about making camp amazing for the campers, you are what makes camp fun!

Kitchen Assistant (2 positions): work with our head cook and have a blast cooking up the most amazing food.

Administrative (3 positions): Office Administrator, Camp Store Coordinator, Video/Multimedia - we are looking for organized hard working individuals to make sure the background of camp runs beautifully.

Camp Nurse (1 position): from scratched knees to emergency response plans, you keep everyone safe and healthy.  May be combined with another position (program or administrative).
