Welcome to the PRISM application form for Mill Creek Baptist Camp

This program is for youth going into grades 10 to 12. The program runs for the month of July with opportunities for Junior Counselling in August.

The cost of the program is $500, and there is Campership opportunities if the fee is obstructive to you applying for the program.
