PRISM 2013 application

Welcome to the PRISM application form for Mill Creek Baptist Camp

This program is for youth going into grades 10 to 12. The program runs July 1-31, 2013 (weekends off) with opportunities for Junior Counselling in August.

The cost of the program is $500, and there are Campership opportunities if the fee prohibits you from applying for the program.

Application Deadline is May 15th
